Leading with Strength and Heart
While each nurse made a powerful contribution to the team, we’d like to give special recognition to Haley Lunceford and Elizabeth Baker, who served in leadership roles as Charge Nurses.
Charge Nurse positions demand more than clinical skill, they require the ability to lead with confidence, to advocate for patients and staff alike, and to manage challenges with grace. Both Haley and Elizabeth excelled in these areas, setting the tone for teamwork, trust, and high standards of care. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and we would welcome any opportunity to have them lead future assignments. They have our strongest recommendation and deepest gratitude.
