Your Right to Report Complaints to The Joint Commission
Jackson Nurse Professionals is Joint Commission certified. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for everyone. As part of this commitment, you have the right to report any concerns or complaints to The Joint Commission (TJC).
Your Rights:
Freedom to Report: You have the right to report any concerns regarding patient safety, quality of care, or any other issues to TJC.
No Fear of Retaliation: There will be no disciplinary or punitive action taken against anyone who reports a complaint to TJC.
Your voice is vital in maintaining the quality and safety of our care. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to report them. You can report a complaint by:
