FAQs
You can access a portion of the pay you’ve earned with the financial wellness employee benefit, ImmediatePay. Deposit earned pay into any bank account or reloadable debit card of your choice with the ImmediatePay app. Since ImmediatePay is securely integrated with your company’s payroll and time-tracking systems, the app will accurately reflect the amount of pay you’ve earned in real time. For each pay period, you can make four transactions, each with a max of $250 or a minimum of $30. Access up to 50% of your earned pay in a pay period for a $3 fee per transaction to your personal account or free to the Immediate Card.
Download the ImmediatePay app in the App Store or Google Play.
Enroll by using the activation code sent from Immediate to your email address on file in the payroll system.
Add your mobile phone number to your profile.
Set up your wallet by entering your Visa or Mastercard debit card, checking account information, loadable debit card, or payroll card.
Make a transaction by clicking Pay Me Now, select the amount you’d like to transfer, where you’d like to send your funds and confirm your transaction!
When confirming your transaction, note the estimated delivery date and enjoy your access to the pay you’ve earned!
Immediate is not a loan, nor does it offer credit or have a payback period. Due to our HR software integrations, we confirm your hours worked and wages earned and charge a small $3 fee to access your wages early (similar to an ATM fee).
All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit to process any transaction.
Make sure your phone number is in your Profile. Click the Menu, Click Wallet, Select Add Bank Account, or Click the + sign and select Deposit to Debit Card and enter your card information. Most fast fund-eligible cards will save in your wallet. Some prepaid card programs are not commonly accepted. If fast funds are not accepted, then only ACH – checking account transfers can be used or you will need to use a different debit card.

Select Add Bank Account or click the + sign
Enter the Routing Number and Account Number, confirm your Account Number, and click Save
To inactivate your account, reach out to Immediate’s customer support team at support@joinimmediate.com via email.
Time entries are uploaded daily at approximately 8 am Eastern time. Time entries can take up to 12-24 hours to enter into our system after the end of your shift. If you don’t see your total hours worked in the system check to make sure your time punches are accurate in your employer’s time entry system. Our system is designed to only provide time for the current pay period.
Immediate receives daily time entries from your employer and is updated daily to have the most accurate time log for you. Immediate does not include PTO or Holiday hours in the time calculation.
When a new pay period begins, your past pay period history will clear and you begin collecting hours worked for the current pay period. Time tracking systems can be delayed up to 24 hours.
Our facilities will be looking for at least one full year of recent experience in the specialty you’d like to travel in!
I made a debit card transaction, how long does it take for my money to show on my card?
Most transactions made through the Visa Direct program will show up in your account within 30 minutes. Some transactions may take up to 2 days depending on your bank.
By requesting a transaction before 11:00 a.m. ET Monday – Friday, most banks will post your funds by 6 p.m. that day. Transactions made after 11:00 a.m. will show up the next banking business day (Monday – Friday). Some banks and credit unions may take longer to process the transaction.
If you have not received your money by 6 p.m. the day of the estimated delivery date, contact our support team at support@joinimmediate.com.
Once you have completed a transaction, a confirmation window will pop up at the bottom of your screen with the estimated delivery date. You will also receive a confirmation email to your email address. If you have not received your money by 6 p.m. the day of the estimated delivery date, contact our support team at support@joinimmediate.com.
To cancel an ACH transaction, contact our support by clicking the? button or by emailing us at support@joinimmediate.com. Debit transactions are one-way and cannot be canceled.
Yes, your transaction history can be viewed under the history tab located under the Menu.
ImmediatePay transactions are deducted from your paycheck within the pay period that the transaction was completed.
The payroll processors receive the report that Immediate sends to your employer.
No, there are no hidden fees or additional taxes for using Immediate.
