Amanda Leatherman has twenty years of sales experience and a decade in healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. She is passionate about uncovering clients’ goals and creating customized solutions that align with their current needs and future aspirations. Amanda excels in collaborating internally, ensuring all teams and departments are aligned for the client’s success. A natural leader, she finds joy in coaching and supporting her team. Before joining Jackson Nurse Professionals, Amanda was VP for Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare, where she played a key role in supporting hospitals and health systems post-pandemic. Amanda, a dedicated mom and professional, is also committed to giving back to her community, actively volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and recently founded a non-profit organization, “Pierre’s Paws,” which supports dogs with disabilities.
