Kathy Kerstiens brings 20+ years of healthcare staffing leadership with a proven track record in revenue growth, talent acquisition, and strategic operations. She has held senior roles across recruitment, client services, sales, and business development. Kathy was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2021. She is known for building strong client relationships, launching new divisions, and leading with authenticity and integrity.

A Nebraska native, Kathy has spent the last 30 years in Colorado with her husband and three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, Pilates, and hiking with her family.
