Guidelines

  1. To make sure everyone is eligible, your referred nurse must not have worked with JNP in the last three months before starting their new assignment.
  2. For your referral to qualify for the bonus, they must complete a minimum of 250 hours of work.
  3. While we hope to hire everyone who’s referred, there’s no guarantee of hiring with every referral.
  4. Per diem nurses must work 450 hours to qualify for the bonus.
