Heather Hernandez

As a Recruitment Manager for Jackson Nurse Professionals, Heather works alongside her leadership team to initiate strategic recruitment efforts while overseeing her team of passionate recruiters. Starting at Jackson as a recruiter herself in 2018, she understands the importance of building a relationship with her traveler’s while being a steady resource to navigate all the travel world has to offer. Three years into her recruitment career, Heather was promoted to a Recruitment Manager where she leads by exemplifying our company values of Other’s First, Wisdom, and Growth. She coaches her team through challenging moments and always remembers to celebrate the wins – big or small.

Originally from Michigan, Heather has spent most of her life in Florida soaking up the sun and not experiencing white winters. She lives in Orlando as a caregiver to her mother, also residing with her husband & stepdaughter. She enjoys family game nights, a fun new restaurant to try, and staying in for the night with cozy pup cuddles from her American Bulldog Chopper.
