JNP Referral Program Guidelines:
- Referral must not have been on assignment with JNP within 3 months of confirmation date of new assignment
- There is no guarantee that each referral will be hired
- The referred traveler must work a minimum 250 hours to qualify
- The referred per diem nurse must work a minimum 450 hours to qualify
- Bonuses will be processed immediately upon qualification of the referral bonus
- Referral bonus payouts cannot be split
- Referral plan applies to Travel jobs and Per Diem, with varied hours to qualify
- JNP reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time
- A referee can only be referred one time by one person in the calendar year
- JNP staff and family members are not eligible for the referral payments program
- A qualifying referral only applies to those referrals that are applied through the JNP website or JNP Pulse app
- A typical assignment is 468 hours. If 250 hours is not met in the first contract, as soon as the referral hits 450 going into a second contract the payout will be processed
- Nurses can track the status of their referral and their earnings in the JNP Pulse app
- Once the referral has qualified, an email and push notification will be sent to alert the referee
