The title of “recruiter” may seem small, but it carries a big impact—especially when it comes to helping nurses find their next adventure. Building strong relationships with them is the most rewarding part of the job. I make it a point to put myself in their shoes, understanding their emotions before, during, and after each assignment. Life moves quickly, so I strive to be there for them every step of the way, leaving a lasting impression throughout the process. I love living vicariously through my nurses (who feel more like friends) and seeing the amazing places they go—whether it’s a breathtaking hike, skiing or snowboarding in the mountains, or any of the incredible experiences in between. While the market can be challenging, I take pride in working through it together with them.
