May is National Critical Care Awareness and Recognition Month

National Critical Care Awareness and Recognition Month is held annually in May to recognize and salute the dedicated nursing professionals who care for critically ill patients and their families. Critical care medicine is the practice of administering immediate and continuous treatment to patients suffering from a life-threatening condition. These conditions range from heart attack, stroke, and severe respiratory insufficiency, to burns and severe wounds.

We’d like to thank all of our Critical Care Nurses for all of their hard work and dedication!
